January 20, 2023, Jane was honored by being named 2022 Realtor ® of the Year for the Crossroads Association of Realtors which is comprised of 270+ Realtors in South Central Indiana. Criteria for selection is dedication to professionalism, integrity and ethics, significant sales production, community involvement and participation in the Crossroads Association of Realtors committees and executive board activities. She is currently serving as chairman of the Membership Committee and Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

After a successful and rewarding career in Information Technology with a Fortune 500 company, I followed a lifelong passion and launched a second career in real estate in 2009. With a strong background in leadership, project management, and process improvement-including being a certified Six Sigma Black Belt-I bring a unique, results-driven approach to every real estate transaction.

I serve as Chair of the Membership Committee for the Crossroads Association, where I help foster connection, growth, and professional development within the REALTOR® community.

Beyond real estate, I am passionate about giving back. I served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Bartholomew County United Way, and I remain deeply engaged in community service through the Sunrise Rotary Club of Columbus, where I chair the Make A Difference Committee.
