Love where you live! As a Coeur d'Alene native, I have witnessed our town transform to be one of the most highly desired cities to live in. From our beautiful lakes to our gorgeous mountains, we really have it all! Having been born and raised in and around the Coeur d'Alene area, I have been blessed to build my life and raise my family in the most beautiful place in the Pacific Northwest for the past 36 years. I enjoy working in and giving back to our community and I'm a proud foster parent here in North Idaho. I have many years of experience in banking, business, and supervision in the medical field, but my heart resides in Real Estate. My true passion is to help guide my clients through one of the most important experiences of their lives. Whether it be buying a home to raise a family in, or selling your first house to retire in a more suitable location, I can promise you nothing less than an exceptional experience filled with compassion, devotion, trustworthiness and a very much needed heap of humor. Buyer reviewI had previously had a realtor I was working with already. But that realtor used a lender who I wasn't able to qualify with. So I was referred to Janice, and her recommendation for a lender was a big hit and I was able to qualify. I ended up sticking with Janice. She made time at the drop of a hat to show us properties and in locations that we weren't too sure about yet and just wanted to "see the area." She was easy to work with and I will always recommend her to anyone else.
