She also worked with me and buyer to work out an agreement to close early which was to my advantage. Any property I buy or sell in the future will be handled by Janice. It was all handled very professionally. She is a friend and has treated me as such. No other person comes to my mind if talking about real estate. Janice has vast experience with other issues that help both buyers and sellers of real estate which makes her the perfect agent. I go to her with questions and she provides answers, what could be better.
