This for me, is not the norm in these days when it comes to customer service. She was knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent customer service. Janine's commitment, dedication and work ethic make her an asset to her customers and Century 21. She was readily available to answer question or concerns, and provided timely responses to those questions needing more time. She went above and beyond constantly to provide an even better buying experience for me. I now consider her not just my agent, but a friend in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. My closing was done by Carrie Amick, who also provided great customer service. She too was available whenever I had a question or concern.
