She actually got them to agree to our offer on Memorial Day which was very thoughtful considering Al is retired from the National Guard. She also made sure we avoided looking in areas that we're close to schools as we have no children and wanted a quieter neighborhood. Janine didn't waste our time sending listings that we wouldn't be interested in. We didn't want any projects, we found a home that was in great condition. She was very flexible with showings while we were on vacation and made the most of our time together. She is very easy to get to know and is sincere when she says she will help you find a home. She was helpful with getting us through to the end of entire process. We were living 800 miles away and she even did the final walk thru for us and then mailed us the key after closing. Janine Frank truly is a credit to the Harrelson group. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in purchasing or selling a property. She will do her best to find you the home you are interested in and not waste your time showing you properties that are of no interest to you.
