Born and raised in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, I pride myself on my vast knowledge of the area. I have been a top producing agent in Coeur d'Alene for over 16 years and have had the opportunity to meet many of the area's top business professionals and develop a proven system for both buyers and sellers. I am a Certified Residential Specialist and stay involved with our industry's leadership as the past president of the CDA MLS board of directors, and as the current treasurer and incoming President Elect for the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors board of directors. He and his assistant were great at advertising the property and offered several open houses. I felt I could contact them if I had questions and they would follow up promptly. I would recommend him because he cares about his clients receiving an honest purchase or sale. I worked with Jared to purchase a home and sell a home.
