Buyer reviewI cannot recommend Jason enough. I would never use a different realtor, nor would I recommend anyone else to my friends and family. He goes above and beyond all expectations -- he is not only incredibly knowledgable about the local areas of interest, current state of the market, and every single step of the home-buying process (and then some), but he's also professional while remaining relatable and approachable, and just an all-around easy person to talk to. He always gave my fiance and I VIP treatment and answered every question we had promptly, with expertise and grace, no matter what time of day we reached out to him. This wasn't my first time purchasing a home, and I was honestly dreading having to look for one again because I remembered how grueling it was the first time around. I didn't experience ANY of the hardships or negative experiences I had previously had, during this home-buying process, and that was 100% because of Jason. My husband and I were entertaining the idea of starting to look to purchase our first home however we had 0 expectations going in. We had heard of intimidating stories from other buyers getting into bidding wars and paying well over asking and we weren't sure if it was the right time to be looking. We had expressed our concerns to Jason & Nick and they quickly reassured us and made comfortable about the entire process. We fell in love with our home the moment we walked in but again, we didn't want to get our hopes up. Jason & Nick went to work and to be honest buying our home was probably one of the easiest transactions we have ever had. They are both extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless and easy, all while getting us the best deal on our home. I would recommend them to everyone and if your not using them as your realtors you are missing out!
