I highly recommend Jason Dion and Nick Pace to anyone looking to sell or buy. Never judged us for not understanding all the steps as we haven't bought a home since 1980! Also their recommendations for a mortgage broker and home inspector was spot on as well. Another uniqueness about Jason and Nick - they use an amazing photographer who they work with staging the home for the pictures on the web. When we saw the pictures on line - We couldn't believe how great it looked!! Better then in person. The fact that Jason Dion and Nick Pace advertise on every social media site. From the minute a for sale sign is on the lawn until the closing - you can guarantee that Jason and Nick have captured that on FB and Instagram. I watch all your heir sales and am amazed how much they do for their clients Buying and selling during this pandemic did not slow them down or take their attention off of us with all their sales happening at once. We will always be grateful for Jason and Nick helping us get this home over 30 other buyers - walking into this open house and meeting them was meant to be. Thank you guys.

Overall, throughout a crazy home sale that involved a lawsuit, a stubborn seller, incompetent attorneys on both the seller and buyer side, all during a pandemic, both Jason and Nick remained steadfast in their confidence and support of myself and my fiancé as buyers. They went above and beyond at literally every turn to help us get the home of our dreams. Jason and Nick are true professionals and their competence in the real estate field is unparalleled. What I appreciated most is that both Jason and Nick were truthful. You can easily see that they truly care about their clients - not about forcing a sale. We saw tons of houses (probably 30, if not 40) and were out almost every night of the week and most weekends going to showings and open houses, but neither Jason nor Nick ever forced or pressured us into making a decision. If they had concerns or criticisms about any aspect of a house we saw they made sure to raise that concern and explain why it was a red flag for them. As first time home buyers, their expertise and knowledge of the industry, coupled with their truthfulness about each and every property we visited, was invaluable. I would not hesitate in recommending Jason or Nick to any family member or friend for any real estate needs.
