At the time it was a very competitive environment for buyers and we managed to purchase the property with below it's appraised value. That said, there was no doubt that we would use Jean as our agent again when we sold our house and purchased another. Jean is a veteran of Redlands and knows the neighborhoods inside and out. She came out 1 year before we put our house up for sale and coached us on what we should do the house to make it more presentable. Everything she suggested absolutely paid off as we had multiple offers within a day of being on the market. Jean respected our time and schedules and was always very clear in communication. She is prompt with an answer any time we had a question and we never felt like we were in the dark as to the process of selling our home. She is a fantastic agent and a fantastic human. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.
