Jeffrey possesses a deep well of knowledge concerning the local real estate market, as well as contracts and forms from over 10 years on the local association's Forms Committee. Buyer reviewJeff was everything we were looking for in a buyer's agent. He knows the DMV area very well, has extensive experience here, is accessible and a wonderful communicator and listener. In addition to answering our questions during the process, he also was able to recommend some important contacts, including a home inspector and a contractor to help us estimate the price of a repair on a home we were considering. It was also extremely helpful that Jeff went beyond to attend meetings at certain steps of the process, like our lengthy design meeting, providing helpful feedback and value at every turn.
