Got everything done super fast and I was so pleased. He helped me buy this house and helped me sell it -- both experiences were seamless. He is a great negotiator, good listener and very no-nonsense. House was under contract within 48 hours (maybe even less) and made 50% profit after owning the home just 4 years. Thank you so much, Jeff!
