We had not been involved in the real estate market for over twenty years and had a lot of concerns as to how the market has changed and what we may expect. Mr Petersen immediately impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor. We experienced a couple of "hiccups" in the sale which, quite honestly, stressed me out but did not phase Mr Petersen at all and he successfully smoothed over these issues.
