Every step of the way he was willing to meet me at the properties to show them regardless of the condition, weather, or price. Once I found a property to purchase, he was very professional every step of the way, right through the closing.

ONE HOUSE I REALLY LIKED I LOST BECAUSE I DID NOT TAKE JEFF`S ADVICE, HE WAS RIGHT AND I WAS WRONG. HE GAVE ME A GOOD LESSON AND THE NEXT HOME WHICH I DID PURCHASE I LISTENED TO HIM AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE. JEFF WAS NOT PUSHY LIKE SOME BROKERS ARE AND I LIKED THAT ABOUT HIM AND THATS WHY I CHOSE JEFF OVER OTHERS I COULD OF DONE BISINESS WITH.

Seller reviewJeff regularly went above and beyond in our interactions. He came to extra meetings, did research to find solutions and showed up for additional showings. He was especially fair and I trusted him to represent us in situations where he was acting as a dual broker. He's invested in our community, an asset as prospective buyers gain insight from someone who knows and likes our town. I appreciated some of his suggestions and the fact that he also was open to my perspective.
