Although it wasn't at the point in time of being prepared to purchase a house at the time, she responded to me and asked that I keep her in consideration, for when I was in a position to purchase a house at that time. Every three months I received a lovely email from her, a gentle reminder that she is still work in the area and still interested in my business. At the time that I felt ready and set enough to purchase a home, or at least to begin working, I emailed Jen reminded her of her reaching out to me previously, and we were off to the races! She was professional, courteous, and affable from our very first phone call both looking in the Hannibal Quincy area for a home. Our perfect home. My son and I initially looked at a home in Canton which was absolutely Lovely just did not meet our needs. We took a day and went to Pittsfield and looked at three houses on my phone and I would rate the house is on a scale And determine we had it!
