We found Jenna online as we had no experience or contacts in the area. We really needed someone who knew the ropes and had contacts in the region, and Jenna fit the bill. Importantly, where she didn't have the information or contacts, she found a way to get them. She is incredibly resourceful and hard working! Jenna was a stickler for details, and it really mattered. Our purchase was far from standard. We couldn't (and probably wouldn't) have done this deal without her. Jenna was always on top of things. And, when we requested more information or an incremental update, she got it for us. She was professional but also very friendly. She was patient as we got up to speed on the area. Even though we ended up buying a place outside of her direct region, she made sure to get the contacts we needed and, in most cases, she made the phone calls that were needed for us which was a huge help. I will only ever work with Jenna in the future and I will give her the highest recommendation to our friends and family.
