Before joining CENTURY 21 Waterfront I spent five years in commercial real estate sales and leasing. Seller reviewOne aspect the Jenna excelled in was the coordination that was required during the pre-design of the septic system. A above ground engineered system was required due to both geology of the lot and the near location of wetlands. She brought together the Design Engineer, Contractor and County Inspector so that the three of them and myself would come to a full mutual agreement to meet our needs. Her pricing and marketing strategy was always right on the mark. Even to the point of encouraging me to stay the course and not reduce the price. That being the day before a full price offer was tendered and accepted!
