Seller reviewJenn took the time and went room to room with us to provide suggestions on how to get the house "show ready". Once the house was listed, Jenn was prompt in having showings and feedback from each showing. We listed the house twice, the first time we had over 40 showings (thanks to all the marketing) and after a few offers decided to take it down for the winter. We relisted the house again in the Spring and within one day on the market we had an offer. Jenn made sure we had all the information we needed to ensure the sale was smooth and successful. There was never a question left unanswered and Jenn was prompt and friendly and treated us with respect and kindness knowing the stressful time. I would recommend Jenn to anyone who wants a honest, knowledgeable, caring realtor.

She listens to ideas and concerns and helps you understand some of the very confusing aspects of real estate and explaining the Estimate of Proceeds, the fees involved and aspects of the Purchase Agreement. One of the very nice features is being able to electronically sign documents since everyone is very busy and it is hard to meet in person at times.
