When issues arose, she was quick to contact me and provide expectations and the possible outcomes. She was always available to answer any questions I had. If she didn't know the answer she was honest and explained, she would find the answer and contact me as soon as possible. From the momement we connected online, and in person, we knew Jen was who we needed to help us sell our home.
