Due to past experiences with realtors, I was very nervous about finding a good realtor. I was just leaving my all-time best realtor in Tallahassee Florida and was sure I would never be able to replace her, but Thank God i found Jennifer because she is my new realtor for as long as I am in Tennessee or for as long as she is willing to put up with me. I actually worked with several other realtors in the area and the state and NONE of them can measure up to Jennifer Saltsgaver!!!! She's a keeper. I had called other agents before Jennifer and they either did not get back with me at all or were clearly not interested in helping me. Jennifer responded right away to my phone call and never looked back. She was with me 100% from the very first phone conversation we had. Jennifer is on top of every detail of finding and purchasing the home. She brings details to my attention that I missed when she didn't have to, ignoring it would have been easier like other agents would have done, but Jennifer is on top of every aspect of the home purchase and she never backed down or went soft when it was time to put in an offer like other agents have done to me in the past. She was working for "me". Not only did Jennifer do a great job throughout the home purchase but has gone above and beyond even after closing to make sure that my move is as easy as she can make it for me. Most other realtors would have moved on after closing, but she has helped me with so many aspects of the move I can't even list them all. And not things I had to ask of her, these are things I didn't even think of or know about that she volunteered just to make my life easier. I love Jennifer and look forward to working with her again.

Jennifer responded right away when we wanted to see a property on a Sunday. From that point we just loved her attitude and willingness to help us to find just the right house, and it paid off. We enjoyed working with her and will recommend her to people who are looking to buy. And she got along with Stanley as we had to bring him with us while house hunting.
