It just made sense to have her represent us. I was impressed because during our first phone call, she had already done a market analysis and was prepared with a recommendation as to a listing price. Jennifer went above and beyond and helping us stage our house and then personally held multiple open houses. She is very positive and when we had a buyer back out of the sale was able to contact another interested party and we were back in escrow within 48 hours. She is extremely responsive and made the stressful task of selling our home as comfortable as it can be. We would highly recommend her.
