I began my real estate career in May 1993 and quickly learned that there is more to it than just "looking at pretty house". Helping my clients with a life changing decision is my number one priority. Helping them feel comfortable with all aspects of the transaction; from getting qualified, to viewing homes, making an offer with all the proper documents, reviewing any issues on the title commitment and survey, signing closing documents and transferring ownership. I continue to keep in contact with my clients even after all is said and done at closing which helps my clients know that I am always available for all the real estate needs. When my clients are ready to sell a property, I help understand all aspect of market conditions, what to expect during the sale process and reassure them that I will handle all concerns of the sale. I understand that their daily lives are busy, so I want to take on the challenges of the home sale, so they are not burdened with the intricate details. After all, that is why they hired me.

Buyer reviewIt is no secret that buying your first house can be quite overwhelming. All one can hope for is the best and brace themselves for the roller coaster. We DISAGREE!! The only reason we say that is because we got referred to a realtor to the stars. Jennifer was many steps ahead of the game at any given time and went above and beyond in helping us. Even on vacation she was constantly fielding questions from us and as always with a big smile on her face. There couldn't be a bigger testament to her prowess than the fact that we closed on our first house in less than 2 months from the time we met Jennifer for the first time. Seller reviewMy wife's childhood home was put on the market by the Trust set up to oversee my mother-in-laws estate. The Trust is using a well know (west-side) Realtor. When the current listing agreement expires, I will lend what influence I hold to get Ms Stroh involved with the sale of this property also.
