Her knowledge of the area and patient understanding of our needs made a sometimes daunting experience of such a huge purchase feel normal and comfortable. She gave NO pressure in ANY area which was important to me as we have been pressed in so many areas of life lately making us skiddish and confused about everything. Her people skills are amazing and greatly appreciated. Add that to her great personality and familiarity with the area as well as her years of experience and long story short......WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!

She got us a new roof. She communicated with the selling agent to eliminate problems as we worked through the contract. We were honestly amazed at her knowledge and negotiating skills. We have known her for years, but this was a new chapter in our friendship with Jennifer and her husband Kris. They are both truly unique in their efforts to help others. ????
