Seller reviewJeremy Ploch was engaged by myself, my wife and our nephew. He was asked to sell the Garden City property which came with a few requirements. He listened to what we asked and a short time later this was done quickly, efficiently, and with no surprises. During those sale efforts, he was also asked to tackle the selling of our Waterford MI property. He eagerly accepted and made that sale happen also with little to no issues. Those that did arise, Jeremy handled them as necessary with a terrific outcome. Give that man a raise!! :-)

Seller reviewJeremy Ploch did an outstanding job handling the sale of my uncle's house. He took care of everything from gathering comps and assisting with pricing, to staging, photography, advertising, showings, handling offers, gathering final bills, and closing. He even drove to my aunt's house so she could sign documents. Jeremy is honest, hard working, and very quick to respond to questions. I would absolutely use him again as my agent.

Communication with him was fantastic on all aspects of selling a home and he is very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. ALL realtors should live up to his standards.
