His understanding of the customers needs, how to relate and speak with them is fantastic but better then all of that is his ability to go above and beyond to make sure all the needs are met of the customer while getting the deal done. I would not have been able to make the purchase of my last 2 houses if it was not for Jerry and his work ethic. From getting me a showing and and P&S all on a Labor Day Sunday to getting my hose under contract with multiple offers in less then 48hrs so that I could purchase my new house.
