Buyer reviewJerry was extremely knowledgeable of the market and options in the area I was interested in. Once Jerry was comfortable with my desires, he was very aggressive in pursuing multiple options. Throughout the entire process, I never had an issue contacting Jerry or getting a timely response. Seller reviewjerry worked with us patiently for 6 months in searching for our new home. we liked him so much we asked him to be our listing broker as well. he was amazing jerry sold our home in 2 weeks on the market! we had 2 open houses, but the buyers turned out to be a nice couple that contacted jerry to see our home. he essentially sold our home to them! he really worked to sell out home! jerry is available 24/7 and was very patient with my anxious feelings regarding selling. jerry was so amazing to work with, we will actually miss him now that our home is sold. he is great!! Seller reviewJerry Thompson went over and above what he needed to do to help us sell our parents townhouse. He got us estimates on painting and put us in touch with who we needed to get the sump pump checked out. Someone had to be there to let these people in and he made sure we didn't have to travel to Grand Island to do that. He kept us informed of the progress of the sale on all levels and communicated both with me and my sister, who lives in Ohio.
