Seller reviewJerry recognized the difficulty of the sale based on 'extenuating family & property disputes'. He went out of his way to accommodate a very difficult sale based on several factors. He made himself available either by phone or directly, 7 days a week or even after work hours. Clearly, Jerry went out of his way to 'close the deal' and provided Century 21 with another satisfied customer. He was a "Godsend" in helping us find a temporary residence when our new build was not ready to move into and we needed to move out of our sold house quickly. Jerry WAS the VERY best agent we could have asked for especially when the closing got delayed beyond his control. He continously stayed in touch with any news and he brought us much "peace of mind" that he was on top of things and looking out for our best interests.
