Jess went above and beyond our expectations for a realtor. Buying a house when the market is hot and houses are limited can have its challenges, yet Jess rose to such occasion. When our dream starter home was listed, and we knew it wouldn't be on the market long, Jess was accommodating and available right away. Then, when we were ready to put in an offer, we were thrown for a loop when our original lender was out of office and unavailable to provide us with our pre-approval letter. Jess was ready with a list of outstanding lenders who she knew could pre-approve us quickly. Because of her, our first time home buying process went incredibly smooth. Jess is the absolute best real estate agent, person, and friend! We recently completed our fourth real estate transaction (second purchase and second sale) with Jess and I was reminded how amazing she is at her job! Her passion for her job and her clients is extremely evident with every interaction. Very early on, we missed out on a home in the neighborhood we initially wanted to be in, as we looked before we were fully ready to purchase. Knowing we wanted to be in that neighborhood Jess went above and beyond what we expected of her and sent hundreds of letters to residents of the neighborhood in an attempt to find us a home in our desired location. She was so patient and professional as we looked at many houses (some as a result of responses to her letter!) and I waffled in making decisions. On the sell side, Jess had the most amazing photos taken of our home, even having drone pictures taken to capture views of the golf course and interstate access that could not have otherwise been captured. We didn't think it was possible for our second house to sell as fast as our first but we received a full price offer within two hours of listing taking a huge weigh off our shoulders! Jess is extremely responsive at all hours of the day and her organization is second to none. There was some information and documents we needed to list/sell our house we had purchased with Jess's help two years prior and although we couldn't come up with them, she had them in her files and sent them to us immediately upon request which was so helpful to us! Jess provided very well informed advice based on her knowledge of the market but always asked us and valued our opinion. I cannot say enough good things about Jess.
