Buyer reviewI was glad when I found Jessica! After searching for an agent and speaking with several she was the only one that actually listened to what I needed in a new home. It's understandable that you can't always get everything you want in a home but there are somethings that are absolutely necessary. Prior to sending me listings she made sure that the homes we were looking at fully met the must have list. During the transaction her knowledge of the area and market conditions proved to be a valuable asset. I would definitely recommend Jessica to others, and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Buyer reviewThis was our first ever home purchase and to say that we were nervous is an understatement. We met with Jessica Miller for tea to go over everything before going into the process and what to expect. It was a very informative meeting and helped ease our fears quite a bit. Jessica was very professional and friendly and really set out to get to know us and our expectations going into this. She went above and beyond throughout this whole process and I'm so glad she was our realtor for this first home purchase. She was always available for questions and to meet for a home showing. I would highly recommend her! I know who to call when it comes to selling my home in the future.

Buyer reviewJessica Miller was amazing to work with! My fiancee and I were first time home buyers and were not sure what we were exactly looking for and how to go about buying a home. Jessica was very friendly and very easy to work with from the beginning all the way through the entire experience. She was always willing to meet anywhere and at anytime to help us find the perfect home. She discussed some things to look for and other things to avoid during the process. Jessica was very punctual and quick to respond to our questions, which was extremely nice since houses in Ankeny can be sold in a few minutes. I would definitely use Jessica again!

As a first time home buyer, it was really important for me to find someone who would understand my needs, and I could tell from our first meeting that Jess would be willing to do whatever it took to find me a house that I would be able to afford. When we found a house that had all of my must-haves, Jess walked me though writing the offer, gave me her opinions and suggestions, and we wrote the winning bid. I was blown away after I found out that the sellers didn't pick our offer because it was the highest, but for other reasons. It really impressed me that Jess knew which little details to include/not include in the offer to increase its chances of being selected. She made it very easy to buy a house! I HIGHLY recommend Jess to anyone looking to buy a house-- she is an expert in her field and I was so lucky to have her as my realtor!
