Jess will keep you informed along the way with everything you need. I was out of town for the majority of the transaction and she made sure to check in with me even if there was no news, just touching base is what she would say. I always felt Jess was my eyes and ears when I was not available. I never felt alone or lost in the paperwork, she was always there, nights, weekends, it didn't matter, she always answered me.
