Seller reviewI was selling this property in PA for my elderly aunt. I live in AZ. It was important to get a referral from someone local, and to have someone local handle all the details. Jill Harmon maintained VERY good communication with me throughout the process. The sale was completed far more quickly than I had hoped, and I'm very pleased with the sales price. I'd recommend Jill Harmon to anyone.

I was able to select from the options presented and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and worked well with all parties involved. Jill's relationships in the community were obvious and were a great benefit to me. Jill was easily approachable, knowledgeable and accommodating to my situation. It was a pleasure working with her and due to her efforts this was a very smooth transaction. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. Jill did an excellent job of coordinating all parties to bring this transaction to a timely and smooth conclusion.

Seller reviewJill Harmon met with my sister and me a year prior to having her represent us in the sale of our house. We decided to put a hold on the sale for the next couple of months. During this time Jill contacted us with updates about the housing market in our area and gave us suggestions for help cleaning out the house. The other realtor we spoke to didn't contact us once. Jill's contacts were not so numerous that they were annoying; but when it was time for us to sell, she was the natural choice. Being both my sister and I were not living in the town the house was situated, Jill sent many texts, emails, and phone calls to keep us informed as to the progress of the house sale. She was always available for our questions and concerns, and any texts or phone calls from us were always responded to very quickly.
