Seller reviewWe relocated out of state and had to move before our house was sold. Jill went out of her way to make sure everything with the house was taken care of, and was always willing to stop by for needed appointments. Buyer reviewJill was recommended to us by our MS Century 21 Realtor. She contacted us immediately and we set up a phone visit. She took the time to get to know our needs and requirements. She was always available to us and worked with us on locating prospective properties and fine tuning our search. As far as we are concerned Jil went above and beyond our expectations. We went from contract to close in 29 days and she was great and helping us push things along. We ended up with a home in her town and she has been extrememly helpful in helping us locate some essential services and in getting us acquainted with the town. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

That alone should tell you what a positive experience it is working with her. And here we are 7 years later, Jill helped us tremendously in selling this property and finding another. Seller reviewThis is the second time I usedJill in 4 years.Both times were for sales of estates in my family. Theses are not eay things to go through and I live out of state further complicating matters. She helped me by getting professional cleaners and carpet cleaners into the property. She would go in and check on the property periodically and change the thermostat temperature as the weather dictated. This took a big worry off of my shoulders being out of state. She was always easy to reach and responded to me quickly. This was a long dran out sale because of the type of property it was and the condition it was in. I never felt pressured in making the decisions I had to make in this process. In the end I felt we got the best price e could under our circumstances. As a single, older woman, I highly encourage you touse Jill s you will be treated with the knowledge, courtesy and respect you deserve.
