Seller reviewMs. Long stepped into chaotic process when my mom died unexpectedly. She was highly sensitive to our loss. She created an effective marketing plan. It was customized to fit the needs of our situation, resulting in a quick sale at a fair price for a property sorely in need of a lot of deferred maintenance. She also advised us on negotiations with the buyer. She epitomizes the definition of "trusted partner." I highly recommend her services. They surpassed all of my many real estate experiences!
