Seller reviewHeard from others that Jim would be good choice to get things needed done and flexible being that my residence was out of state. Proved true. Excellent comparative info supporting the asking price. Excellent support with inspections and repairs to satisfy buyer's requirements. Very responsive and supportive. Excellent approach to list both as condo and single family. Was a heavy reliance on activity from MLS. Did not hold broker or prospective buyer open houses. Jim would be my first and only call if selling or buying in the greater Hebron area. Top stuff !!! Jim owned the process from start to finish and went above and beyond _ when contrasted to what others say about their realtor agents experiences - to help me with the condo sale during a difficult time. He was there and solution/action oriented. I trusted him fully and enjoy every opportunity to recommend him to others looking to buy or sell in the Hebron area. Jim amazed me and I heard nothing but top kudos from others in the realty and associated legal, trades...community.
