Seller reviewJim Fowler did a pretty good read on the buyers sincerity to buy the house with the contingency witch gave me the confidence to go along with the offer. We got it done by sticking to a plan. I would recommend him to another prospective seller.

Seller reviewJim got my property numerous showings and kept in touch with me very well. He was never difficult to contact, i was in constant contact with him. Although my property was marketed during a "hot market" time, the property itself turned out to be difficult to sell because the "hot market" applied to single-family homes. Condos like mine were much more difficult to sell. Jim did the best he could and eventually the sale price was close to the comparables.
