I love Real Estate and have been in all aspects of the business from helping buyers and sellers to Property Management - both commercial and residential, as well as Corporate Housing and relocation. I love what I do. I work at your pace. I'm not here to "sell" you anything but rather to be your partner in the process.As a native Washingtonian, I have been in just about every neighborhood in all of Metro DC, MD and Northern Virginia. I attended Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria VA just outside Old Town and Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond VA.I've sold homes from Leesburg to Arlington to Downtown DC. I'm here to help you find your next home or investment property. Seller reviewI highly recommend Jim. Hell be honest, work with you, and help make the sale based on your needs. For example, his overall sales strategy will be based on what you want in the end (i.e quick sale, max price, time to let it sit on the market, etc...). He'll tell you what to do to get the job done, without necessarily going overboard. You'll sell your house, which is what it's all about.

He only showed us places we would be interested in, advised us about desirable neighborhoods, and most importantly helped us through the process of purchasing a home for the first time.
