Seller reviewYue He helped us to purchase this dream house in 2019. Because of the excellent experience with Yue, six years later, when we decided to sell the house, we contacted no one else but her. Yue knows our house and has great knowledge of the area and the market overall. Nothing is more convincing than the simple fact that it took us only 5 days to sign the sale contract from the day of listing, with record high price in our neighborhood. How did Yue make it happen? Professionalism and execution ability. Yue and her team had a professional assessment of our home and suggested a most cost-efficient renovation plan from seller's perspective to achieve the best added value of the property from buyer's perspective. Yue helped us to spend as little as possible to boost the value of the property to a level and condition that many buyers wanted to bid on. Yue He and her fellow Joanna Zhan had our 100% trust throughout the course of the sale and the outcome is 100% satisfactory. They are the best!!
