Buyer reviewNo matter what the price range we all buying or selling, Yue is always 100% Yue provided deep insights in the market and helped us save a ton of time screening the listing houses It is Yue's instinct and patience to help us seize the deal otherwise we either would miss the opportunity or the deal would fall apart

We didn't like it, but we really appreciate her help finding off-market deals in a super hot seller's market. Yue really understands the market and when we found the property we like, she acted very fast to help us get a contract below the listing price. I am very impressed by her knowledge and service.

One example is that she put an "escalation clause", which helped me secure the house without costing me more. And I also have all the contingencies.
