As selling agent, she provided advice on preparations and acted quickly to get our house on the market. She kept us informed, guided us through our options and sold our home in just about a week. As a buying agent she was patient, extremely knowledgeable and diligent. We were worried about shopping in the current market but Jitka truly made it a pleasurable experience and helped us through every step. Her knowledge was immeasurable and in the event she was unsure she always quickly got an answer. Her communication was fast and efficient. I would not only recommend her services for both buying and selling to everyone I know but she is the only agent I would use should we need one again :)
