Buyer reviewWe bought our house remotely. Jodi took us on a tour through the house using our phones. She examined the entire house, showed us what she thought the issues were, and talked to us in regard to the issues we saw. She took her time to talk about what issues were critical and needed to be addressed by the owner. Jodi handled the negotiation with the owners realtor, and was very prompt, and provided feedback on what was going on. Jodi even got details regarding potential issues going years back. Jodi, was always patient, and responded to our questions quickly whether we texted or called, no matter what time of day or evening.
