I know that I was extremely difficult at times but he gently guided me through the whole process and made himself readily available every time I called or came down. Thank you Joe for putting up with me, taking the late night panicked phone calls and the never ending house hunting. When the house inspection was complete and I had concerns, he jumped right in there and fixed most of the stuff himself taking it out of his commission. Very honest and trustworthy and compassionate or he might have killed me. lol Anyone considering buying or selling I highly recommend this outstanding honest and professional young man!
