I grew up in Florida, graduated from Admiral Farragut Academy in St. Petersburg, FL and have my BS in Business from the University of Central Florida. I served in the United States Army and Navy! I have been a member of USAA for 45 years. I retired from Sears, Roebuck and Company after 30 years as a District Manager. I have been in Real Estate since 2006 and have proven to be trustworthy, and responsive to your needs. I specialize in great customer service answering calls within 10 minutes. Seller reviewJoe Eletto was God's gift to us in a huge time of transition as we were moving out of state. From the initial contact and sellers contract, he helped us understand every piece we were signing. He worked with our schedule at the end of a busy school year to navigate showings that worked for both us and the buyers. He answered every question made us feel comfortable with the entire process - doing everything he could to make it seamless. Joe believed in the value of our home and talked to us about each offer that was made and gave wise council from his years of experience. He helped us know what to upgrade and how to make our house ready for viewing and even helped us with some minor repairs after we had a contract and inspection! We ended up getting our full asking price! Joe Eletto is a calm voice full of experience and anyone seeking to sell a home would be BLESSED to work with him. He is calm and patient and makes the process so much easier.

From beginning to end, Joe represented himself as someone who selflessly cares about veterans and made the process as painless as possible. My wife and I had an awful house buying experience due to the gross incompetence of our previous broker, so Joe completely blew away our expectations going in. He helped demystify the real estate jargon and gave us reasonable options that helped us feel we were in control of the process. Even though we had to move halfway across the country while our property was on the market, Joe went far above and beyond acting as steward and caretaker for our property as if it were his own. I believe the selfless extra work Joe put into our property was integral in our ability to sell our home. A lot of people claim they are pro veteran, but I honestly can't think of anyone else I would recommend more highly to other veterans when it comes to real estate in the Tampa area. Our only regret is we weren't aware of Joe sooner so he could have helped us get a better deal when we purchased the house originally.
