John likes to say that he caused the recession as he got his license in November of 2007 just as the economy tanked. He used this slow time to earn his SRES (Seniors RE Specialist) then became one of the very first ECO (Environmental Consultant Agents) in the US. He also gained the Green Realtor designation and continues to work on the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Most folks do not understand what all the initials are about, but professionals in our industry know he has taken the time, energy and financial resources to stay current to better serve his clients.

He was reassuring in every aspect of my home sale and the life change it represented for me. What he promised, he carried out in every instance. He spent time with me (in my home, not in an office somewhere) explaining the sales documents and providing answers to my questions. He was a champ at recommending (and cooperating with) a moving company and the people who cleaned the house after moving me out.
