John had to be involved in every aspect of this sale, and went above and beyond what is normally expected. His willingness to do whatever had to be done to bring a successful conclusion was integral to the process. He is personable and professional and above all honest and reliable. I would happily recommend him to anyone who asks for a reference. Logistically this was a difficult situation with many special needs and John kept everything in balance and dealt with each challenge in an efficient and timely manner.
