He knows both the peninsula Bay and SF area very well, and really adds value in providing info about a particular area beyond what you can find online. His willingness to visit as many homes with you in-person is definitely a plus. From time to time when we had concerns, he was there to help address/answer them and went out of his way to do additional research that would make us feel more comfortable. He invests time in getting to know what you are looking for. He also got us in touch with a lender that provided a great loan rate. You know when someone is just doing their job vs. when someone is really dedicated to what they do and love every minute of it. John is definitely the latter.
