His pics were spot on of the house. John was able to answer all my questions. We even had a few laughs. Beyond excellent. Again, this was an emotional experience and John was understanding. John was easy to work with, he made sure I was understanding everything he was telling me. I was direct in some of my questions and he was patient with me.
