Seller reviewI have known John since high school and when it was time to sell my condo, it could be no one else. John is highly knowledgeable about the area and is honest and realistic about what it will take to sell your home. John helped to make this process as easy as possible considering I no longer live locally, and there were tenants in the unit during the listing and showing process. John made the whole experience simple for me, as he worked with my tenants to ensure that the unit was available for showings. John is very responsive and promptly follows up on all communications, regardless of the medium (email, text, phone). When you choose John Pordon, you get the whole package.

Seller reviewMy husband and I initially tried to sell our house independently and had lots of agents/brokers reaching out to us while doing so. John was the ONLY agent that was respectful while reaching out to us. He simply stated that he was interested in helping us achieve our goal; no pressure, no nonsense, no big attitude. Just said, if you decide to list, please keep him in mind, and we did just that! When we were really serious about selling our house and knew that we could not handle the project anymore, I said to my husband, I know who we are going to call. We did, we were extremely happy we did, and the rest is history. John is professional, respectful, easy to work with and walks you step by step through the process. Cheers to John!!!!!
