Hi, and thanks for getting to know me! I am a REALTOR®, Executive Broker, and Commercial Real Estate Photographer working in the Ozarks area for many years. I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Arkansas and Missouri. My career is backed by an extensive business marketing background that dates to the 1970s. Here in the Ozarks, I founded and led The Ozarks Team Realtors, which became the leading real estate team in Arkansas for several years. Buyer reviewJohn Schaub was simply "On the ball" in every aspect when it came to helping us through the whole buying process. We bought this house while living in a distant state, and John kept us "In the loop" at all times during the process of buying the house. It was evident that he knew well the area and the workings of the various service providers. If we had a question he answered soon after we asked. If he didn't know the answer immediately he researched and found the answer. John also kept the seller's realtor moving. I would certainly recommend John Schaub to others, and would use him in the future if need be.

Seller reviewJohn Schaub and the Century 21 staff did and excellent job in helping us sell our home. From the first meeting to the day of the buyers signing the closing papers we felt like the team had our best interests in mind. John was very accommodating in answering any question that we had. He never made us feel like he didn't have time to help us understand the process and procedures of the contracts. With our unique sale being written as a lease to purchase agreement John did an extraordinary job in making sure that the terms of the agreement were written with the least amount of risk that was possible. We felt like he really cared about us and made sure that we were aware of the risk factors. We are pleased that all the way through the months of leasing and into the last 30 days before closing that both us and the buyers were doing all we needed to do to make it to the end of the sale and purchase. He was very helpful in doing all the footwork and research needed to help us find the best title company for the closing. We relied heavily on John and the Century 21 staff to make this whole process a success and we were not disappointed. They did such a great job. I love the fact that we are happy with the sale and the new family is happy with the purchase. I don't know if it is normal for the seller and buyer to use the same agent but I think they deserve acknowledgement for having a successful outcome for both sides. I would recommend John and his team for anyone that was buying or selling. It is totally worth having the professionals handle the intricacies of buying and/or selling a home.
