Hi, and thanks for getting to know me! I am a REALTOR®, Executive Broker, and Commercial Real Estate Photographer working in the Ozarks area for many years. I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Arkansas and Missouri. My career is backed by an extensive business marketing background that dates to the 1970s. Here in the Ozarks, I founded and led The Ozarks Team Realtors, which became the leading real estate team in Arkansas for several years. Buyer reviewWe arrived in town with a trailer and our belongings in search of a home that we could purchase as quickly as possible. We got a hotel room and searched the internet for homes we might like. After compiling a few listings we contacted the realtors associated with those listings and John Schaub was the first realtor to respond to our calls about viewing those homes. We made an appointment that day and were kindly greeted and offered cold beverages by the office manager while we waited in the comfortable lobby the few minutes that it took to be ushered to an office for our first consultation and then out the door to see homes. John was more than willing to show us any listing we chose, regardless of whether it was his listing. We chose to put an offer in that day and John Schaub and Heather Hendricks put in the extra effort and hours to make sure that we could get a deal accepted and close as soon as possible. This was our 6th purchase of a home in the last 20 years and was by far the smoothest transaction of them all. We were living in the house we chose in less than a week of meeting with John & Heather. That must be some kind of a record! :-) Thanks to John & Heather we now call the lovely town of Mountain Home, Arkansas our home city.
