Seller reviewMy husband and I have moved for work several times to different cities and each time we had real estate to sell. John, BY FAR, was the best agent I had ever dealt with. We began with a different local agent because she was approved through my company's relocation company. In three months we had 2 showings and decided to move on from her. We knew John personally because he lives in the same neighborhood and called him. In no time he was approved through the relocation company. Our property was older and when it went through the buyer inspection, several major items were caught that we had to fix. Because we had already moved to Texas, John had to manage all of the vendors personally. All we did was write the checks. He was totally on top of things getting all of these projects done in time for the closing and he found the vendors, too! He is an extraordinary agent that goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are taken care of. I would highly recommend Mr. Zywan if you are looking to buy or sell in the area!
