Buyer reviewNothing is more important to us than trust and good service. While visiting friends in nc, I was browsing investment properties and found one that we liked. On a whim I clicked set up a tour 1/2 serious. 10 min later I get a message asking when we were free. We replied, we are leaving tomorrow at noon, going for the blow off. Jordan Smith said no problem I'll meet you there first thing on a Sunday morning. We had instant chemistry, loved her soft sell no pressure funny kick ass personality, and although that property wasn't for us we asked to keep in touch. Jordan proceeded to take us on several virtual tours as we live in CT. Until not only finding us a perfect property , but also, mortgage co, a lawyer an underwriter and a property management co. Literally one stop shopping. Incredible service, and connections with the greatest people. I could list 500 more things but I only get 1000 letters. I wouldn't consider using another agent and won't when we buy our next property.
